Consumer
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

– for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is crucial or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; – for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded; – for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations which the entrepreneur cannot influence; – for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery; – for the delivery of goods if they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature; – for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
