Moth infestation is annoying – especially when it affects high-quality wool items made from cashmere, yak, baby camel or sheep wool. However, the moth holes that occur can be professionally repaired: We work with a specialized partner for this, the CASHMERE SPA.
There, moth holes are darned so precisely and appropriately for the material that the repair is no longer visible after completion and the garment retains its original appearance. In addition, every item sent in undergoes a professional anti-moth treatment including gentle washing and reconditioning – a process that reliably eliminates moths and larvae and sustainably protects your wool product.

The finest natural fibers often stay with us for many years. They are worn, loved, sometimes pushed to their limits. This naturally leaves traces. Moth infestations also often go unnoticed for a long time.
The Cashmere Spa is a place of careful nurturing: a space where we pause, look closely, and examine each piece individually. Damage such as moth holes is not overlooked but treated mindfully – without haste, without standard solutions.
Why a cashmere spa?
Our VvE wools are living materials. They react to movement, climate and time – and are also particularly sensitive. This includes their susceptibility to clothes moths.
Care here means not just correction, but preserving value. Moth holes are precisely and appropriately repaired in the Cashmere Spa so that they are no longer visible after the repair.
In addition, each piece undergoes a professional anti-moth treatment that reliably eliminates moths and larvae and prevents renewed infestation.

- Receiving & Inspection
We take a close look: condition, material, stressed areas, repair needs. - Hygiene & Protection Phase
Your item will first be stored securely before it goes into processing. - Repair Atelier
Open seams, runs, or small damages are expertly stabilized and closed. - Surface Care
Pilling (fuzz)/knot formation is gently reduced, making the surface appear smoother again. - Washing & Shaping Finish
Gentle cleaning according to material specifications, followed by steam/shaping treatment – for a well-cared-for drape. - Final Inspection & Return Shipping
Final check, careful packaging, return shipping to you.
