The spa concept
This is how the Cashmere Spa works
1. Contact
The treatments are provided by our specialized partner Cashmere Spa.
Your item will be sent there for treatment and returned to you upon completion.
2. Individual assessment
The appropriate level of care is assessed – transparently and honestly.
3. Gentle treatment
The recommended measures will be implemented carefully.
4. Return of your piece
Your wool item will be returned to you cared for, repaired and stabilized.
